The Elev8 program focusses on developing the under 16s in volunteer skate buddying  & 16 - 25 years old young people who are seeking to enhance their knowledge and technical abilities within the roller skating sector via the varied roles.

Opportunities available are:

  • Skate Marshalling 

  • Safety Pad Assistant 

  • Skate Shop assistant 

  • Customer Service Representative 

  • Administration

  • Social Media/Content Creation  

 

Ebony I.N.K Studio

The  Ebony I.N.K studio is a space for young entrepreneurs developing professional skills within business and hair & beauty sector to access and network in  our affordable co-working creative space. 

Ebony I.N.K supply the studio management, business and wellbeing support. Our aim is to have two fully funded rooms for young people to access. Having free access to spaces gives young entrepreneurs the opportunity to develop without high start up costs. The team will be supporting young people to tap into their create sides  to the develop community social impact projects which will directly benefit the community.

Part of being successful is having a healthy , mind , body and soul .

This pillar seeks to educate holistic health through sharing user experiences via podcasts, vlogs, blogs and events on a array of topics to ensure health is kept at its optimum.

Building awareness of holistic practices to enhance the choices people make when managing personal health regimes.

SPORT

I.N.K Sport

Our sports programs will encourage the community to utilise sport in a fun, innovative and interactive way to tackle health problems or to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our aim is to use sport to build self-confidence, fitness  and social skills to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Our 'USP' is intergenerational learning environments'. Creating coaching spaces which encourage young people and adults to support each others learning, this concept  is key to the success of our projects. Skate2Elevate skate smart program is dynamic and adaptable to the needs of the learners whether they be participants in schools, youth clubs, home-schooling networks , housing associations or councils.

Promoting inclusion via our free equipment hire which includes high quality skates, safety pads and helmets for all to access.
